Dom z pieknym widokiem w spokojnej okolicy. Do dyspozycji gosci ladny, tarasowy ogród. Dojazd na posesje bardzo waska i stroma droga. Pierwszy raz moze byc wyzwaniem. Bardzo dobre wyposazenie kuchni (poza tym, ze brak czajnika i wode na herbate trzeba gotowac w garnku).
C'est une maison pratique et très agréable, entourée d'un jardin merveilleux.
La vue sur Capri est incroyable.

Très beau site et très belle vue. La maison est agréable et fonctionnelle.
Attention le chemin d'accès est très étroit et deux voitures ne peuvent pas se croiser.
Petit défaut: pas d'internet car pas de signal 3G ou connexion ADSL. Le boitier mobile wifi que vous pouvez louer ne vous servira que dans les endroits (au village par exemple) où on capte de la 3G.

PETITE voiture recommandée (chemins étroits) voire indispensable (maison un peu en retrait, non directement accessible par transports en commun).
Si vous arrivez tard, prévoyez de réserver le repas du soir (excellent rapport qualité/ prix).
Excellent pour un séjour en famille. Un vrai havre de paix.
Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen mit einem tollen Garten. Dieser bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt: Liege, Tisch und Stühle, zwei überdachte Terrassen und Gemüse/Obst zur freien Verfügung.
Das Haus selber ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, und es war alles da, was man für einen zweiwöchigen Urlaub braucht. Sämtliche Fenster sind überdies mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet, so dass eine Mückenplage zum Glück ausblieb.
Und nun kommt das Beste: Von der Terrasse hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf Capri, Ischia und Neapel und kann genüsslich den Sonnenuntergang bestaunen. Und wenn es dunkel ist, einfach den Blick nach oben, denn am Himmel sieht man tausende Sterne, und sogar die Milchstraße ...
Das Haus ist abseits am Berg gelegen. Über die Zufahrt brauche ich wohl nicht mehr viel zu schreiben - sie ist halt eng und holprig, aber so steht es ja auch schon in der Beschreibung: "Breite der Zufahrt: 200 cm" (von daher kann ich nicht ganz nachvollziehen, warum der französische Kollege sich darüber beklagt, dass die Zufahrt für ein Familienauto zu eng ist?!). Also - am besten einfach die Außenspiegel einklappen, und dann passt's.
Die Betreuung durch den Interhome-Mitarbeiter war hervorragend (Danke, Alfredo!). Unsere Anreise nach 22:00 h stellte kein Problem dar. Alfredo hat uns direkt bis zum Ferienhaus gebracht, wo er uns alles in Ruhe gezeigt und erklärt hat.
Beeindruckt waren wir von der Mülltrennung und -entsorgung ("Wir sind hier nicht in Neapel")! Täglich wird Müll abgeholt, so dass man auch damit keine Last hat.
Mit Ameisen hatten wir übrigens kein Problem (dies war ja auch schon in einer Bewertung bemängelt worden).
Fazit: Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und vermissen seit unserer Rückkehr die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge, die wir über dem Meer beobachten konnten ...
Le grand charme de cette maisonnette, c’est son jardin et la vue sur la mer. Mais n’allez pas croire, comme le suggère le descriptif, que vous n’aurez qu’à faire un peu plus d’1km à pied pour vous baigner. C’est faux. Nous avions en grande partie loué cet endroit pour cette raison, nos attentes ont été déçues : il faut prendre la voiture, trouver une place de stationnement au bord de la route, puis descendre par un chemin très escarpé et la remontée est une épreuve, surtout par la chaleur humide. Il y a d’ailleurs un service de navette par petites camionnettes tout terrain et ce n’est pas gratuit, bien sûr, contrairement à ce que l’agence nous a dit sur place.
Maintenant sur la maison et l’emplacement : très beau jardin, oui, avec barbecue, terrasse ombragée, légumes à portée de main, mais nous avons été envahis par les fourmis, en particulier dans la cuisine et la chambre des enfants. Ensuite nous avons eu droit à des coupures d’eau tous les jours, nous avons hélas dû supporter des aboiements intempestifs (au point que l’on se croyait parfois à proximité d’un chenil), sans parler d’un maniaque de la débroussailleuse et de la tronçonneuse qui rode dans les parages, y compris le dimanche matin à partir de sept heures moins vingt. Enfin, mais cette fois cela est suggéré dans le descriptif, l’accès à la maison est de l’ordre de la plaisanterie pour les voitures familiales.

This rental is charming, if a bit simple compared to other places we've stayed at, but the view towards Capri is spectacular and the garden is a little paradise. We enjoyed both very much during our week there and it made up for the difficult and narrow road to get to the house. We appreciated the warm welcome by the Interhome staff and the owner of the house. It would be easy to make a few upgrades to make the house very cosy (a newer washer, new bed covers, a good clean up inside the kitchen cabinets, a little more hot water!). Still, the price is fare and we would recommend the place.

One of the best places we stayed in Italy!
Interhome´s customer service was great. They contacted us a few day before our arrival to make sure we knew from where to pick up the key. The key holder escorted us to the house which was good as the route cuold have been a bit tricky without good intructions.
The house itself is located in the countrysite next to some olive growing farms. The view from the house is splendid: to your left there is the island of Capri and at your right side you can get a glimpse of Napoli and the volcano Vesuvius.
You will need a car to get to house as it is off the bus lines but don´t get a big one. Last few hundred meters of the road are steep and narrow. We had a rented Peugeot 308SW and wouldn´t have liked to drive a larger vehicle there.
The house was clean and had all the things we needed. Propably the best thing about it was the big garden with grapes, oranges, lemons and figs growing there. We barbequed almost every night and ate in the garden
Would love to came back someday!!!
Dieses Häuschen lebt von seinem Garten und dem wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Die Inneneinrichtung ist einfach und ausreichend. Der kleine, abenteuerliche Weg zum Haus ist nicht einfach zu finden und nur mit einem kleinen Auto zu bewältigen. Wir haben uns dort wirklich wohl gefühlt.
